Vincette Goerl
Vincette Goerl is a CGI Initiative for Collaborative Government Fellow with over 36 years of Federal financial management experience.
Ms. Goerl served 28 years in the Federal government with increasing management responsibilities, primarily focused in financial management, financial management systems, budget formulation and execution, planning and performance measurement, and information technology.
Among her many senior executive positions, Ms. Goerl served as the first Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at both the U.S. Customs Service and the U.S. Forest Service. She has also served in leadership positions on seven non-profit organization boards over the past twelve years. She also currently serves as a CFO SAGE (Strategic Advisors to Government Executives), a Partnership for Public Service program, providing advice and counsel to CFOs and Deputy CFOs across the Federal Government.
As Director of Consulting at CGI, she provides financial management, business management, and information technology consulting services to Federal agencies, serving as the Account Executive for the Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
